Return Policy:

• All items will need to be in their original, unopened packing.
• You will need to bear the cost of courier charges for sending it back and Syed Flour Mills will refund the cost of the items to your bank account.
• All return requests need to be made upon receipt of the parcel and return items must be received by Syed Flour Mills within 7 days of being received by the customer.
• A refund will be done once returned items are received.
• No exchange or return on sale items.

Exchange Policy:

• All items need to be in their original, unopened.
• Please send the item to be exchanged, back to us within 7 days from the date of when the parcel is delivered.
• Courier charges for the return and exchange will be paid by the customer. Rs 200 will be charged for sending the exchanged item.
• The exchanged item will be couriered as soon as the original item is received.
• No exchange or return on sale items.
